As one of the oldest housing trusts in London, we’ve a proud heritage of providing properties available to rent and buy across London.

We cater to all types of housing residents - including affordable rent properties. Below you can find out about the different types of properties that we offer.

Sheltered Housing

We own and manage nearly 1300 homes across London specifically for over 55s. These are mainly studios and one-beds and suitable for singles and couples depending on the size. This type of housing is suitable for people who can live independently but may require some visiting care and support. All of our sheltered schemes benefit from a site based housing management service and warden call system.

Depending on the location of the sheltered scheme applications can be made directly via our internal waiting list or via the Local Authority who has nomination rights.
