For over 90 years, Central & Cecil (C&C) has helped Londoners from all walks of life to thrive in a home of their own. We offer homes exclusively for those aged 55 and over in outstanding locations across London. In January 2022 C&C became a subsidiary company of Aster Group, a housing association.

Where inspiration lives

We strive to make later living safe, stimulating and fun. Since our inception, we've been helping people lead better, healthier lives across our portfolio of over 1,850 properties overall, which include: affordable (incl. agency managed) and private rent, care homes and even luxury retirement properties for sale.
