Board of Management

Following C&C's merger with Aster Group, the organisations are governed by Aster's 'Overlap Boards'. They are responsible for the strategic direction, vision and purpose of the Aster Group. They also make sure that the Group is efficiently run, compliant and accountable, and also, fair and open in relationships with  the communities that the Group impacts.
