Sharon Bye
Director of Care
Sharon has worked with C&C since May 2021, and holds responsibility for the organisation’s care offering. This includes overall management of our four care homes, as well as agreeing and implementing our Covid-19 management plan, safety and security, and recruitment with respect to care.
Sharon joined C&C from Sahara Care, a provider of care homes in the London and Essex regions, where she had worked as a Director.
Ben Howes
Regional Head of Housing Operations – London & Home Counties
Ben Howes is the Regional Head of Housing Operations for London and the Home Counties and has worked with Aster Group since September 2023. Ben holds responsibility for the delivery of frontline housing and customer services, leading large, dispersed operational teams and overseeing service performance, customer satisfaction, safety, organisational change, and operational budgets.
Ben joined Aster Group from GreenSquareAccord, where he worked as a Locality Manager responsible for housing and tenancy management services across Oxfordshire, before joining Aster as a Neighbourhood Manager overseeing teams across Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. With many years of experience in housing and customer service leadership roles, Ben is a collaborative, values‑led leader focused on empowering teams, improving customer outcomes and delivering consistent, high‑quality services.
