Tracey – Portfolio Manager
I began my career with C&C when I was 17 years old straight from college. My first role was as a Care Assistant at one of our Care Homes. I was offered various secondment roles which eventually led to me securing a role as Area Manager for Care. After working in the Care Department for 27 years, I was offered another role as Senior Scheme Manager for Sheltered Housing in C&Cs Housing department. 2 years ago, I was offered my current role as Portfolio Manager overseeing Westminster Sheltered schemes and West London General properties. C&C has provided me excellent opportunities for secondments over the years, there’s investment in staff training that enables people to grow within the Company.
Shah – Payroll and Purchase Ledger Manager
I have been with C&C for over 3 years now, initially joining as a sole Payroll Manager and have since been promoted to Purchase Ledger & Payroll Manager.
I’m currently managing a fantastic team and I believe my longevity at C&C is due to my relationship with not only my team but with others around the business including senior management. Here at C&C, there are great career progression opportunities, room to grow and develop further no matter how experienced you are. C&C has helped me to do just that, both at work and on a personal level. There are some very busy times at work but at C&C we always try to find ways to relax. Whether that’s by hosting our monthly Happy Meal Friday or by attending an event at one of our Schemes/Homes, the fun always finds its way to squeeze-in!
Stefan - Deputy Manager
I have been a part of C&C for over 10 years and have had the opportunity to perform in different job roles at Cecil Court. I have gained invaluable experience in supporting our residents living with dementia and am proud of being part of a passionate team that is inspiring and dedicated to our service.
Sasha - Head of Organisation Development & Change
I started with C&C 9 years ago as a HR volunteer. I was struggling to find anywhere that would support me with gaining HR work experience whilst I was studying so I was over the moon to be given this opportunity. Since then, I have worked in 7 different roles across Care, Housing and HR. My most recent role is Head of Organisational Development and Change, I never would have thought this is where I would have ended up 9 years ago! Not only has C&C enabled me to gain valuable work experience, it has also supported me in gaining my second CIPD qualification as well as plenty of training. Our colleagues make C&C what it is, everyone is so incredibly passionate, hardworking and caring, it truly is a pleasure to meet and work with such wonderful people.
Antonia - Care Team Leader
My name is Antonia, I work at Rathmore House. I have been with C&C for just over a year now. My experiences at Rathmore House have been very wonderful. I am enjoying working with all my colleagues and residents. I have an exceptionally wonderful Manager (Edith Mansfield) and Deputy Manager (Chris Barry) who have given me tremendous support throughout my first year at C&C. Colleagues at Central office are all very welcoming and supportive when went in for training sessions. I am really enjoying being a part of C&C and working at Rathmore House.
