Drawing is enjoyable and helps you to relax and unwind, bringing positive benefits to your mental health and wellbeing.
You can use whatever you have to hand for these sessions - a pencil and piece of paper, or some coloured pens or paints. Christine will show you what to do and provide helpful advice along the way as your picture comes to life!
