Qigong - a 2,000 year old system of gentle, slow flowing movements
Qi means ‘energy’ and Gong means ‘movement/skill’.
This moving meditation helps increase flexibility and muscle strength, improves balance, co-ordination and mobility. Qigong also reduces feelings of stress, lowers blood pressure and improves circulation.
