Established over 89 years ago from a moment of inspiration, today C&C employs over 500 employees who enjoy sharing inspiration and providing excellent services for older people.

Our Joint Staff Council (JSC) is a fantastic tool in nurturing a culture where staff across all areas and levels of the organisation work together to make C&C a great place to be.


The JSC's purpose is to enhance employee welfare at C&C. It comprises members of staff who act as representatives for all C&C employees. The group meets regularly with our management team to propose new staff ideas, initiatives and feedback, and it makes sure that staff views are represented when important organisational decisions are made. Find out more on our JSC page.
