Awards nominations for Grace House

Ahead of its opening later this summer, C&C’s new 170-flat redevelopment in St John’s Wood, London, has been shortlisted for the Inside Housing Development Awards.

Grace House is shortlisted in two different categories – Best affordable housing development in the £20m+ category and Best older persons housing – urban.

The scheme, which will open its doors to residents later in the summer, has already won three International Property Awards including the Best social housing category for Europe.

The new development was built on the site of Dora House, which was demolished in 2018 having been a home to C&C customers for over 45 years. Grace House will welcome back several returning customers of the old Dora House back, many of whom helped co-design the new project, upon its reopening.
