C&C ranked in top 20 for Gold Investors in People award

C&C has been ranked within the top 20 organisations who have achieved the 'We Invest in People Gold award' from Investors in People.

The accolade comes after C&C, who is part of Aster Group following its merger in January, achieved Gold accreditation for the award at the start of this year. The organisation has now been informed it is one of the highest-ranked 20 of their size (250+ employees) to be recognised.

Accreditors found that C&C colleagues ‘lived and breathed’ its organisation values, with leaders praised for their open and honest communications and engendering high levels of trust.

The overall winner of the We Invest in People award will be announced in November.
