C&C’s new registered office

Last year we let you know that C&C’s Central Office on Waterloo Road, London, had been closed.

We have now taken the decision to change C&C’s registered office from Waterloo Road to Grace House. This is now the legal registered address for Central and Cecil Housing Trust, 55 London, Central and Cecil Innovations Limited (CCIL), and Central and Cecil Construction Services Limited (CCCSL).

The full address is Grace House, 26 Lodge Road, London, NW8 7ER.

Please note that this change of address in no way affects your tenancy.

Please also note that C&C’s postal address remains as C&C, c/o Aster Wiltshire Correspondence Team, Sarsen Court, Horton Avenue, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 2AZ. Please do not write any correspondence to Grace House as it may not be picked up.

Letters from C&C

As part of our recent merger with Aster, you may notice that you start to receive new Aster-headed letters that look different from those you have previously received from C&C. A new letter template has been introduced for use across the Group that incorporates Aster, C&C and our other brands.
