C&C's Resident Satisfaction Surveys
Periodically, C&C conducts telephone surveys with residents to find out how satisfied you are with C&C and our services.
Following our recent merger with Aster Group, residents should be aware that these surveys will now be conducted by a company called Opinion Research Services, or ORS for short.
ORS already conducts a number of satisfaction surveys for customers right across the Aster Group. Our residents should be aware that you may therefore receive a call from ORS, on behalf of Aster Group, asking you to take part in a short satisfaction survey. These calls were previously made directly by C&C.
This change will come into effect from Monday 9 May 2022.
