C&C supports new Government awareness campaign on social housing complaints
C&C is in full support of a new Government awareness campaign, launched this month, designed to provide social housing residents information about their rights as a resident, and ensure that they are listened to if they have a complaint against their housing provider.
At C&C, we strongly value the views and concerns that any of our residents may have, and we recently revised our complaints policy to ensure residents have their complaints investigated in a timely and efficient manner.
All complaints are investigated and responded to within just 10 working days, while we have also recently launched a simple online form on our website that gives residents an easy and effective additional way to raise any complaint they may have.
Any C&C resident wishing to make a complaint or indeed who has other feedback or suggestions as to how we can improve our service can do so in a number of ways:
