Change to C&C out of hours call handling contractor

This week we’re changing the team who answer the critical emergency repairs calls outside of normal working hours.
All out of hours critical emergency calls to our Service Desk (0207 922 5300) will be automatically diverted to Somerset Lifelines, rather than our current contractor, Aquarius. This includes any calls after 5pm on weekdays, and all day during the weekend.
You don’t need to do anything differently, this change will automatically take place over the coming weeks.
There will be no change to the service you receive or how you contact us - simply continue to use the same phone number as usual.
This change only affects where the calls are handled outside of office opening hours and will not affect your tenancy or any support you receive.
