Change to CCHT out of hours call handling contractor

We would like to let you know about an update regarding the change of contractor to answer the critical emergency repairs calls that are supported outside of normal working hours for the Central & Cecil Housing Trust (CCHT).

At the end of June, all out of hours critical emergency calls to the CCHT phone line (0207 922 5300) will be automatically diverted to Somerset Lifelines, rather than our current contractor, Aquarius, as part of our ongoing improvements to customer service. These are calls received after 5pm, on weekdays, and all day during the weekend.

Please rest assured that there is nothing you need to do.

There will be no change to the service you receive or how you contact us - simply continue to use the same phone number as usual.

This change only affects where the calls are handled outside of office opening hours and will not affect your tenancy or any support you receive.
