Changes to C&C management

After two years as C&C’s Director of Housing and Customer Services, Sam Scharf will be leaving us on Friday 13 October. Sam has overseen much of the work that has been undertaken as part of C&C’s merger with Aster Group, and has played a key role in both the opening of Grace House last year and the purchase of 85 homes in the London Borough of Wandsworth, as well as working closely with residents on a range of issues and improvements.

C&C is in the process of recruiting a replacement for Sam and we’ll let you know once we have made an appointment. In the meantime, Holly Sheppard, our Head of Housing Operations, will be looking after Sam’s role, working closely with Sharon Bye, our Director of Care, and Jean Dalziel, our Customer Service Operations Director.
