Important updates for residents - August 2022

C&C Central Office: Our Central Office near Waterloo is now closed, with C&C colleagues working from alternative locations (including at their homes). Please do not come to Central Office should you wish to speak to a C&C member of staff.

You can contact us via the various ways shown on our Contact Us page or speak to your nearest housing officer.

Aster customer comms: We are in the process of seeing if C&C residents can begin receiving communications prepared for customers across the whole Aster Group, following our recent merger. This essentially takes two forms:

- monthly customer eShots (delivered via e-mail, we would anticipate this would be issued to C&C residents currently receiving our monthly activities e-newsletter)

- quarterly customer newsletters (delivered via post, we would anticipate this would be issued to C&C residents for whom we do not hold a valid e-mail address)

We shall keep you updated as to when we may be able to add C&C residents to these mailing lists. Please note you can unsubscribe from either communication at any time should you wish not to receive it. The C&C monthly activities e-newsletter would continue as normal.
