The latest news for residents and information about changes to rent and service charges from April 2023


Your rent from 2023

From 1 April 2023 you may notice an increase in your rent.

For the majority of customers, your rent will increase, and in most cases this will be below the rate of inflation.  We will contact you in the usual way, in writing, to confirm your new rent and other charges before 1 April 2023. We understand that any rent increase can be worrying, and we’re available to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Start a conversation about debt with us

Help is at hand if you’re concerned about debt, or worried about paying your bills.

If you are struggling, we can work with you alongside debt advice charity Money Advice Plus. Money Advice Plus will provide all the support you need to work through any debt issues you may be facing, whether they are about rent or any other debts.

Changes to our policies

As part of C&C’s merger with Aster we’ve been working on the policies and procedures that affect customers to ensure services you experience are effective and robust.  This has meant some changes in our approach.
