Important updates for residents - June 2022

Central Office update: C&C's Central Office in Waterloo remains closed to residents, while a review is being undertaken of the building. Please instead get in touch with us using the various ways set out on our Contact Us page, or contact your nearest housing officer.

All incoming and outgoing Royal Mail post sent to our Central Office and addressed to ‘Central and Cecil’ or ‘C&C’ is now being automatically redirected to Aster Group’s Wiltshire Correspondence Team. From now onwards, we ask if you are intending to send any post to C&C, to please send it to our new postal address:

We will communicate our longer-term plans for C&C's London office later this year.

Covid-19: For the safety of you and other residents, we continue to recommend the use of face masks in communal lounges, hallways and stairwells. Other Covid restrictions have been lifted at this time, and most of our activities are now running in-person, especially given we are now in the summer months.

With guest rooms reopening, please speak to your local scheme officer if you require a guest room to be booked.

Platinum Jubilee: Everyone at C&C sends many congratulations to Her Majesty the Queen who is celebrating 70 years on the throne with a series of events at the start of this month.

We are aware that some schemes are marking the occasion with events including parties and afternoon tea; please do send any photos you take to getinvolved@ccht.org.uk as we’d love to share these more widely.
