Bank holiday opening hours

Over the early bank holiday our Service Hub will close on Friday 28 April at 5pm and reopen on Tuesday 2 May at 9am.
Our Service Hub will also close during the Coronation and late May bank holidays:
On the Coronation bank holiday, we will close on Friday 5 May at 5pm and open on Tuesday 9 May at 9am.
On the late May bank holiday we will close on Friday 26 May at 5pm and open on Tuesday 30 at 9am.
During this time, you can also use our customer portal, MyAster to log a repair, pay your rent, update your details, and access other useful information and advice.
