MyAster - coming soon

The MyAster portal will be available to you from next week. The portal will give you the opportunity to manage your home, find out handy information and contact us all in one place.

On the portal you’ll be able to:

• Make a payment – Pay your rent and/or charges and make a payment in a few quick steps
• Update your details – Let us know if there are any changes to the information we hold about you, such as contact information or a change of name
• Log a repair – If you need to log a non-emergency repair, you can let us know quickly without having to speak to us on the phone
• Access useful information and support – A one stop shop for useful articles, hints and tips and advice to support you in your home.

It only takes a few minutes to sign up if you have your email address and phone number registered with us. Keep an eye out for an invitation email to register next week.
