Our Connected Living service is transferring to CareLine365

Following a recent review of our Connected Living service, we’ve taken the decision to transfer the service to another provider, Careline365, part of the Appello Group.

All customers of Connected Living have been notified, and the services they receive will broadly remain the same.

We see this new partnership with Careline365 as beneficial for all our Connected Living customers, and we’re committed to working closely with them in the coming years. Careline365 has been supporting alarm users across the UK for over 11 years and we believe are best placed to assist our customers with the impending digital switchover, which sees providers moving towards upgraded services using digital technology within the next year.
