Asters' latest Customer Annual Report is available to read on our website.

We’re happy to bring you Aster Group’s latest Customer Annual Report 2023-24 for the last financial year. C&C, of course, became a part of Aster Group in 2022.

In the report, you'll find some great examples of what’s been achieved over the past year and what plans are in the pipeline for the year ahead. There are videos featuring customers and their lived experiences in their homes and accessing their housing services. 

The report is shaped by what customers have told us they want to know more about. Following reflections and customer feedback, we developed a fresh and more modern look and feel to this year’s report. It’s accessible and interactive.  We‘re keen to hear your thoughts and feedback on the report using the clickable buttons in the report or by emailing customervoice@aster.co.uk.

In addition, we’ve produced an infographic showing highlights specifically about C&C’s past 12 months performance. The report also includes interesting facts from throughout the year, such as 93% of C&C customers would recommend C&C as a place to live, and how we delivered 855 hours of customer engagement activities during 2023/24.
