Read Aster’s latest Customer Annual Report

Aster’s latest Customer Annual Report for the last financial year is available for customers to read on the Aster website. C&C, of course, became a part of Aster Group at the start of 2022.

There’s now a record 1,620 involved customers, including many from C&C, helping Aster to shape and improve services.

Over 2,000 homes were let during the year and 9,000 neighbourhood inspections were completed.

There’s some great examples of what has been achieved over the past year throughout the report.

In addition, we’ve produced an infographic showing highlights specifically about C&C’s past 12 months. They reveal that 93% of C&C customers would recommend C&C as a place to live, while we delivered 823 hours of engagement activities during 2022/23.
