Our latest Resident annual review is now available to read on our website.

Over the last 12 months we completed our merger with Aster Group and since then we’ve continued to integrate the two organisations together, enabling us to provide better services and support to both current and future housing and care residents.

The challenges presented by Covid-19 continued to dominate during 2021/22, and while broader national restrictions have been lifted, many still remain in our care settings.

Nonetheless, there’s lots to reflect back on and lots of achievements to celebrate over the past year.

During 2021/22 we invested £1.8m in our homes and £30m in our new flagship redevelopment scheme Grace House.

Our Welfare benefits officer supported residents to secure £134,000 of additional funding (20/21: £115,000) and 100% of our homes meet the Decent Homes Standard.

89% of residents told us they would recommend C&C as a place to live and 83% told us they were satisfied with our overall services.
