Redeveloping Dora House chapter 8: Welcome to Grace House

On Thursday 20 October, our new Grace House redevelopment was formally opened by Lord Richard Best, who joined residents, local councillors and colleagues to celebrate the fantastic achievement.

Following its opening, we have produced the eighth and final video of our ‘Redeveloping Dora House’ chapters, which focuses on the new Grace House scheme, which replaced the old Dora House, opening its doors to new and returning residents.

Residents have been moving into Grace House since August, and since then around 60 returning residents from the old Dora House scheme have been settling into their new homes.  New applications to live in the remaining affordable living homes, which make up 90% of all apartments in Grace House, are being processed by Westminster City Council.
