Service hub temporarily unavailable – 16 and 17 July

We’d like to let you know that our phone lines could be temporarily unavailable on 16 and 17 July due to scheduled maintenance. We hope that any disruption will be minimal, but if it does happen, you will not be able to call us through the Service hub.

What number is affected?

Our main Service Hub on 0207 922 5300 is the number that might be affected.

When might it be unavailable?

The phone line could be disrupted on 16 or 17 July. We expect it to be up and running once again from 18 July onwards.

What will happen if it goes down?

The phone line will not work, it might ring but unfortunately, we won’t be able to answer your call.

What do I do if I need to get in touch?

Email contact-us@ccht.org.uk or call 0333 400 8222 to speak to the team at Aster who will be able to help. You can also use the webchat on MyAster. If you haven’t used it before, you can get started here.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you need to report a repair or have any non-urgent issues, please consider contacting us before or after this maintenance window. We’ll still be able to support through the channels above for any urgent issues on the day.

The work we’re doing means that we will have unified communications across C&C and Aster, and it will allow us to save money which we will invest into maintaining your homes.
