Staying safe online: A note for our customers

We’re aware that Westminster City Council recently confirmed a cyber security incident affecting some of the shared systems used by Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. The Councils have been issuing their own updates and are contacting any residents or customers directly if they believe their information may have been impacted.
While this incident relates to council systems only, we know many of our customers live or work within these boroughs, so we wanted to make you aware as a precaution.
We take the security and privacy of customer information extremely seriously. Our own systems have not been affected by the council incident, and your data with us remains safe.
Our teams are taking extra care when handling any emails or documents received directly from the affected councils while their investigations continue.
If the councils identify anyone who may have been affected, they will contact those individuals directly with advice and next steps. You can also view their latest public update here.
