Surveying your home – an update
In March 2022 we were one of only a small number of housing associations that committed to an ambitious project to survey all our homes and buildings.
We have now surveyed most of our homes and we’ll continue to survey our remaining homes throughout the year. If you haven’t yet had a survey and would like to book an appointment, please call us on 020 7922 5300. Please note that unfortunately we’re not able to provide you with results from the survey’s findings at your home.
The survey gives us the opportunity to look at how we can further improve the quality of our homes and services, by planning what improvements are needed now and in the future.
Where we have found issues within a home, our customer services teams have carried out extra inspections and booked in repair work. Our surveyors will continue to survey our homes and teams will continue to contact customers to resolve any issues raised along the way.
Although you won’t see any immediate changes to your home, the survey results will help us to make sure we can make £570m of improvements between now and 2030 to ensure our customers have a modern and reliable service. It’ll also support our plans to work towards decarbonising our homes in the future.
