The MyAster portal is now live

The MyAster portal is now available for you to sign up to. The digital platform provides a handy place to manage your home, find out useful information and contact us all in one place on your smart device.

On the portal you can make a payment, update your details, log a repair and access useful information and advice to support you.

If you’re not yet registered on the MyAster portal all you need to do is make sure we have your email address and mobile number on the system. You can add this by filling in this quick form and you’ll then receive an invite to sign up. If we already have your email address then you can sign up here.
