Tickets & Outings – an update

We work hard to provide a full programme of incredible activities for all our residents. This includes our regular onsite activities as well as free ticketed events through partnerships with some of London's most amazing attractions.

In recent months, there has been an increasing number of instances where reserved tickets have gone unused with residents not turning up on the day.

Unused tickets have a wider impact beyond missed experiences. While our partnerships grant us free access to these events, failing to use our tickets may lead our partners to reconsider their support—potentially resulting in fewer or no future opportunities for other residents.

If you are unable to attend an event, it is essential that you notify us in advance – even if it’s on the morning of the event – so we can offer the ticket to another resident. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and in such cases, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

Please note that anyone who repeatedly fails to attend an event without letting us know would not be able to book future events.
