Tim Michaelsen appointed Director of People at C&C

Central and Cecil Housing Trust (C&C) is today announcing the appointment of Tim Michaelsen as its new Director of People & Organisational Effectiveness.
Tim has been promoted from his previous role as Head of People & HR Technology Systems, a position he occupied since joining the organisation in 2019. He will be taking on the Director role from Steve Tree, who is leaving C&C to take a career break and spend more time with his family.

In addition, C&C has appointed two new members in their People team.
Victoria Kanasonkaite has joined C&C as Senior Manager, Colleague Relations & Experience. Victoria will be directly supporting Tim in his role, as well as driving both employee relations and colleague experience/engagement.
Victoria joins C&C from Optima Care where she was Senior HR Business Partner, leading their HR team. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), has a strong people management background and a specialist interest in improving employee relations and colleague experience.
Craig Dale has joined C&C as Learning & Talent Development Manager.
He joins from J Sainsbury’s PLC where he was Talent Delivery Consultant, supporting the talent, learning and career development of colleagues. Craig is CIPD qualified with a specialist focus of digital learning technologies, talent development and leadership interventions.
