Your new and improved eShot is here!

 We have worked with customers over the past few months to revamp the customer eShot and we’re now pleased to share a new and improved version.

Thank you to all the customers who shared feedback on what you liked and didn’t like about the previous format.

You told us you wanted to see more community and lifestyle stories and hear more about the work our teams do. You also told us the previous format wasn’t the easiest to read and to clearly be able to pick which stories interested you the most.

Incorporating this feedback, we worked up two different designs which a group of customers kindly took their time to review and feedback on what they felt worked and didn’t.

This final design aims to ensure the eShot is a valuable source of information that’s easy and enjoyable to read.
