Other methods of payment

  • You can make a one-off payment through our online resident portal here
  • If you wish to make a payment over the phone, please contact our Income team on 020 7922 5300.

We are aware a number of our residents receive benefit payments through Universal Credit. If you are unsure on how the change to this new system affects you, click here to download our guide.
