C&C appoints new head of Health and Safety

C&C today announces that it has hired Sian Holtam into its newly-created position as head of Health and Safety.

Sian, who has 19 years experience as a Health and Safety professional, will be focusing on best practice for C&C residents, our housing schemes, and employees.

Sian joins from London Energy, where she spent six months as head of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE). In her role, she was responsible for providing strategic advice to the organisation’s Executive Committee, as well as managing seven HSQE professionals. Sian strengthened processes, systems and tools in order to modernise London Energy’s approach to HSQE.

Before this, Sian was HSQE Manager, heading up the Refurbishment South division of United Living Group, which specialised in planned refurbishment for social housing and local authorities in occupied properties.
