With friendly staff and all the care facilities that your loved one needs; we offer a true home from home. We offer expert, friendly person-centred care across our four care homes and specialise in general care, dementia care, and respite care.
Our residents say they feel content and settled and have made new friends at our homes. They also love our range of activities! Covid-19 Update: Open to new residents
We're delighted to be welcoming new residents to our homes. Safe indoor, outdoor and pod visits are now available for up to two nominated visitors at a time. All visitors will be required to take a rapid (lateral flow) Covid-19 test upon arrival at our homes. Please visit our Covid-19 FAQs page which details our current visiting policy.
Please be reassured that we continue to follow strict infection control procedures across all of our homes and our staff and residents undergo regular testing. New residents will be admitted after they have a negative Covid-19 result from a test carried out within two/three days before admission.
All new residents will be required to self-isolate for a short period upon moving in. However they will receive a full package of personalised care and support during this period as well as a programme of activities. We can arrange for them to receive the Covid-19 vaccination if required.
Residents at all of our care homes have now received both jabs of the Covid-19 vaccination.
As well as access to video calls, we’re also running carefully managed visits for loved ones/next of kin in our beautiful gardens. Outdoor visitor pods have been set up at all of our care homes. And our residents continue to be stimulated with a range of in-home and virtual arts and fitness activities.
As a not-for-profit provider – rated Good - our priority is resident safety and satisfaction. For more information on how we’re managing the Coronavirus risk to residents in our care homes read our Covid-19 FAQs here.
We care that extra mile
As a charitable organisation you can be reassured that all of our moneys are re-invested into our residents and providing the best care services. For example, we’re embedding a range of technology solutions for current and future residents to help them lead better lives.
Our Care Homes use Digital Care Plans, so that every aspect of your loved ones’ care is accurately monitored throughout the day. We’re pleased to say that all of our homes are rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission.

Our ‘Out Not In’ Care Strategy
We’re proud of our ‘Out Not In’ Care Strategy, which looks holistically at both mind and body, acknowledging that engagement with society and nature is key to experiencing a rewarding life. It uses everyday events to stimulate and maintain cognitive function and uses retained conditioned behaviour as a tool to encourage engagement and reduce anxiety.
We also work hard to give our residents unique experiences and opportunities through a perfect blend of outings and partnerships with our partners, which include prestigious organisations such as the Royal Opera House, the Royal Albert Hall and the Old Vic.
All our homes have strong links with local health professionals, including district nurses, GPs, dentists and opticians. We aim to ensure that all healthcare areas of concern are effectively safeguarded with long-term objectives.
