1. We do it from the heart:
Our dedicated team of carers offer a loving, safe and warm community and all the care facilities to meet your loved one’s needs. We care that extra mile – 99% of our residents tell us they’re satisfied with the care they receive. Learn about our approach to care.
2. We have the courage to act:
For us, person-centred care means learning the interests, tastes and passions of every resident – and listening to friends and family too. That way, we can deliver truly personal care, menus, activities and more. Hear from a few of our residents about their passions!
3. We believe in better:
Through our ‘Out Not In’ Care Strategy, we enrich residents’ lives through a unique programme of arts, fitness and activities with skilled facilitators and partners such as the Royal Opera House and more. Learn about our award-winning activity programme.
4. We’re true pioneers:
Our innovative care techniques, high staff ratios and an award-winning, personal approach means we’re better able to support your care needs. Personalised Digital Care Plans help us to better monitor and engage residents, and so provide more accurate care responses.
5. We invest in each other:
We’re a not-for-profit provider and all our homes are rated ‘Good’ by CQC. That means we re-invest every penny into our homes, residents, colleagues and services. Our staff are experienced and well trained, and turnover and agency use is low. Read our latest Annual Review.
Our approach to care has been recognised by others and we have recently been shortlisted for several awards. In 2021 alone:
- C&C's care homes were nominated in three separate categories at the National Care Awards, with Cecil Court receiving a ‘Highly Commended’ award for Best Use of Technology.
- Cecil Court was also a finalist in the South London Community Star & Care Awards in May 2021, in the care employer category.
- Homemead has been named a finalist in the Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards, again in the Technology category – we will find out the results in February 2022.
