A landmark year for C&C as 2019/20 Annual Review is published
29/09/2020
Our latest Annual Review showcases a number of momentous developments and improvements over the previous year (April 19 – March 20) across both housing and care.
Along with the number of residents recommending C&C as a great place to live increasing an impressive 93.5% from previous year, we’ve invested £4.5m in improvements for our resident’s properties.
We’ve also been focusing on wider changes, launching new strategies in care, in digital and in recruitment that are already supporting our overall aim of being the leading housing and care provide for the over 55s in London.
And new services such as our C&C Direct and Service Hub have proved not only popular as they bedded-in last year but are highly prized by residents.
We listened actively to residents across a range of platforms last year such as our new resident assemblies, which have already led to actions such as a brand new Resident Handbook – and more is on the way!
And 2020 has also been a landmark year as we’re now three years into our Fit Future Strategy – and well on our way to achieving the 10 year goals we set out together with the Board, residents and colleagues.
Of course, 2020 is also the year of COVID. And while this Annual Review is intended to cover up to March this year, we have shared a flavour of some of the extra efforts we’ve put into supporting residents over the last few months.
Our achievements in the past year have owed much of their success to the on-going engagement with, and feedback from, our residents, families and other stakeholders. So, we thank you for your continued support and guidance.
