An integration update
As you may be aware, C&C merged with Aster Group at the start of 2022. Since then, we have been integrating some of our central services (such as Finance and IT).
As a part of Aster Group, C&C is able to better provide a wider and more effective scope of services and support to both current and future housing and care residents.
Some further integration updates will mean you may receive letters direct from Aster Group as well as C&C, with an Aster letterhead. We’ve also updated our own letter format recently and all C&C customers should receive a letter in the new template soon.
We are updating other systems and processes to provide you with an improved service, along with accelerated investment in our homes.
Please note that C&C continues to operate with its own local service teams, and your tenancy is in no way affected by the continued integration.
