Do you pay your rent via Direct Debit?
We’re currently in the process of writing to all customers who pay us via Direct Debit. As part of our integration with Aster Group, there will be changes to payment days in most cases.
This is to ensure that all payments and direct debits will be automatically updated, across the Group, in line with any changes in housing benefits or charges.
All customers, whether you currently pay weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly, will be given the option of weekly or monthly payments from April 2024.
Weekly payments will be made on Fridays, while monthly payments can be made either on the 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of each month.
Customers who receive a letter from us will need to confirm which payment option you prefer by Friday 1st March. The letter will state which payment day will be automatically applied if we do not hear from you.
A further letter will follow providing all relevant new details regarding your direct debit.
