Important updates for residents – July 2022

Central Office update: C&C's Central Office in Waterloo will be closing at the end of July, with colleagues moving to an interim hub space while a review of the Central Office is carried out. We remind residents to please not visit Central Office at this time but instead get in touch using the ways listed on the Contact Us section of our website, or by contacting your local service officer.

C&C’s new postal address is C&C, c/o Aster Wiltshire Correspondence Team, Sarsen Court, Horton Avenue, Devizes, SN10 2AZ.

Change to the Right to Buy scheme: You may have heard the recent Government announcement and proposal to extend the right to buy scheme to people living in properties owned by housing associations.

There are no immediate changes to the eligibility criteria for the scheme; however, should this change, we will update you. Please visit the Aster website for more information on this.

Covid-19: With national rates again rising, we remind all residents that we continue to recommend mask wearing around our scheme communal areas for the safety of you and other residents.

Grace House: We are thrilled that Grace House has received two further award nominations - this time from Inside Housing magazine - ahead of its opening later this summer. Grace House won three International Property Awards during the winter of 2021/22.
